How long will it take for our outfits to arrive? We know you're planning for special moments! We offer three shipping tiers across the USA:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Recommended for upcoming events!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we ship to all residential and business addresses within the US, including P.O. Boxes.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey to your home.

SIZING & FIT

How do I find the right size for everyone? Family members come in all shapes and sizes! Please refer to our Comprehensive Size Chart [Link] which includes measurements for infants, children, and adults. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I buy different sizes for each person in a set? Absolutely! You can select individual sizes for each item in a matching set to ensure everyone gets their perfect fit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want your family to love their Grace Gather look. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

What if an item arrives damaged? We take quality very seriously. If any item in your order is defective, please email us at info@gracegather.myshopify.com
 with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
